Formula’s Technical Assistance Group took me and my friend Mark Roter on a tour of the factory—thank you! Mark and I had a phenomenal experience. We were blown away by the quality of your boats and the care and pride everyone in the factory took in their role in turning out fantastic boats. I was so impressed in the way people stopped what they were doing to explain what they did and the reasoning behind it. Everyone we saw greeted us and made us welcome. When we were watching stringers being placed in the hull, I was curious as to why some of the edges had fiberglass resin. The gentleman putting the stringers in overheard my question. He stopped what he was doing and came out of the hull to explain to us that those edges may be exposed to moisture and were given special treatment. I understand why you are so gracious in giving factory tours. It demonstrated to me that I own a superior product and when I buy my next Formula, I hope you will allow me to return to see it built.
